Refund Policy

• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 
• Please note that Dandiyas Stick will be available, not included on ticket price
• Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation
• Rights of admission reserved.
• All the people above 12+ years of age will be considered under Adult category and below this age group will be considered under Kid category.
• Ticket for Single will be applicable only for the Single entry. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya Arena. Also
• Please carry a government-valid ID proof while coming for the event.
• Ticket for a couple will be applicable only for the couple entry. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya arena.
• Ticket for a Kid will be applicable above 5 years of age. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya arena.
• Gates will be open from 5.00 p.m. onwards.
• Any other charges applicable e.g. food stalls or flea stalls etc are exclusive of the ticket purchased.
• Organizers won`t be responsible for your personal belongings. Please carry it safely.
• People creating a public nuisance will not be entertained at the event venue and strict disciplinary actions will be taken against them.
• Liquor and smoking inside the arena are strictly prohibited if found disciplinary actions will be taken against them.
• Bring kids at your own discretion considering the loud music and crowded venue. Organizers will not be held responsible for the same.
