What is a Women's Circle?
The origins of Women's Circles have deep, ancient roots. They've evolved from many different forms and intentions, from a variety of cultures. In our modern world, women's circles are gatherings for deep rest, self-reflection, goal-setting, and empowerment with the guidance and support of each other. By participating, we honour a lineage of women from across cultures and time!
These circles include a variety of tools including but not limited to: meditation, sound, music, somatic movements, dance, ritual, divination; always sharing. Eternally and today, at their luscious core, Women's Circles are about community, equality, and mutual support.

About the Space — Hollybrook Haven:
With a large walkable labyrinth stained onto its welcoming floors, Hollybrook Haven was designed and created by yoga instructor, musician, and my lovely mother, Stacey Anne Nada Hollings as a space to guide, support and hold others on their inner journeys. Covered in crystals, plants, and singing bowls, I am very grateful to be able to host these Women's Circles in this unique and grounding environment.
We recognize that Hollybrook Haven is located and operates within the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Williams Treaty First Nation, as well as the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee peoples. We give thanks from our hearts and ask everyone to reflect on the Indigenous nations that have lived on this land since time immemorial and how, as individuals, we can move towards reconciliation.
