Raku Leaf Plate

Hand Built Pottery! Let’s create clay sculpture to be part of an upcoming Raku firing!

Ages 12 and up.

$25 to create a Raku plate. Ticket includes cost to kiln fire & glaze.

Return Sept 26th to participate in our Raku firing or have Art Zone fire for you.

Class will be taught by Catherine Russell and Laura Rush. Catherine Russell has earned her BSED in K12 Art Education from MSU. She achieved her Masters in Studio Art & Theory from Drury University. Catherine has previously taught at Clever RV schools for 17 years. She’s been on the Missouri Art Education Board as District Representative and the Elementary Chair. Laura Rush has a degree in social work. Laura has been creating in clay since helping open Art Zone in 2014.
