The workshop instructor, Cheyenne, began her bartending journey in 2020 and quickly discovered a passion for the craft. Since then, she has earned multiple wine and spirit certifications and continues to expand her knowledge while sharing what she learns with others. Previously the lead bartender at The Garrison at Finley Farms, she has recently joined the Vintegrity Wine and Spirits team.
During this workshop, Cheyenne will guide you through creating seasonal cocktails, offer insights into the world of spirits, and ensure you have plenty of fun along the way!
The first cocktail, The Costume Mule, balances a strong, fruity backbone of whiskey and apple brandy with bright lime, warm allspice, and a fiery ginger finish—cozy yet refreshing. Next, the Orchard Margarita brings mellow tequila and spiced pear together with crisp apple cider and a cinnamon-sugar rim for the perfect sweater-weather sip. Finally, the Red Widow strikes a bold note with apple brandy and vodka, brightened by lemon and smoothed with caramel for a tart, elegant, and dangerously drinkable finish.
