About the event
Step into the Mill of Shadows for a special flash tattoo pop-up inside 14 Mill Market. Collins Tattoo Studio will be onsite with a curated spooky flash sheet designed just for this day. Grab a bite, sip a cocktail from Wisner Bar, and get inked, no appointments, no holds, line moves as artists are available.
How it works
Put your name on the list; when called, choose your design and placement. Art will be available to view soon by following this event. Tattoos priced $50–$75 per design. Must present a valid ID; 18+ only for tattoos. Artists reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Card and cash accepted. Tips appreciated.
What to bring
Government-issued photo ID
Wear clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area
Aftercare
Artists will provide aftercare instructions and recommended products on site
Food & drink
10+ food concepts open all day
Wisner Bar pouring seasonal cocktails, beer, wine, and zero-proof options
