Grain to Glass Talks is a monthly interactive event series designed to connect professional brewers, homebrewers, and craft beer enthusiasts in an engaging and educational environment. Each session is hosted and led by our brewing team, potentially featuring guest speakers from across the craft beer industry.
Attendees can expect topical discussions that reflect what’s shaping the industry today—ranging from new hop varieties and yeast innovations, to sustainability practices, brewing techniques, sensory analysis, and market trends. Sessions are casual yet informative, creating a space for conversation, collaboration, and shared learning.
Each event will include:
An Industry Topic Presentation: A guided talk or demonstration from our brewers or an industry guest.
Interactive Q&A: A chance to ask questions and dive deeper into the subject.
Networking & Community Building: Opportunities for home-brewers and professionals to exchange ideas and experiences.
Tasting Component (Optional): Attendees are able to bring in their own brews for tasting and feedback in addition to receiving 10% off their total tab here at the brewery.
By offering approachable education alongside community connection, Grain to Glass Talks strengthens the bridge between professional craft beer makers and the growing homebrewing community, while giving all participants a deeper appreciation for the artistry and science behind every pint.
Classes can be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month in the evenings at Fremont going from 7-8pm in the serving tank area
Guest speakers can be brought in from surrounding breweries and disciplines to help give a more rounded approach to brewing
