Cover Your Assets

In partnership with the Leduc Community Hospital Foundation, Northern Asset Management and the Edmonton Community Foundation are proud to co-host “Cover Your Assets: A Deeper Dive into Philanthropic Financial Planning” on Thursday, November 13, 2025,  at RedTail Landing Golf Club.

This FREE event (which includes a meal) is designed for individuals who are seeking strategies to create more wealth for their loved ones, while simultaneously making a meaningful, and conscientious community impact.

Derek Schaefer, the guest presenter, is a highly regarded financial planner, and will be sharing insights on integrating charitable giving into legacy plans. He will explore the benefits of planned philanthropy, offering attendees valuable knowledge on how charitable contributions can positively impact both their families, and their community. This event is a unique opportunity to learn how to leave a legacy that supports personal financial goals, while also contributing to important causes.
