The Release Circle: Finding Freedom in Sound

There are times when words on paper or quiet meditation simply aren’t enough. Our bodies ask for more—for the raw, unfiltered release of sound.

This circle is a safe and sacred space to let it out. Together, we will ground with breath and meditation, reflect through journaling, and then step into a guided practice of release—screaming, yelling, crying out, or speaking uncensored words. Nothing is too much here. This is your invitation to give voice to what you’ve been carrying.

We’ll close with rest and integration, creating space for calm and clarity to return. Each woman will also take home a simple ritual stone, a reminder of what she is ready to let go of and an invitation to release it fully when the moment feels right.

Come as you are. Bring your truth, your voice, your courage. Together, we will release to make space for what’s next.
