🌑 Into the Void- A Sacred Descent into Shadow & Self

Into the Void is a 2-hour immersive journey with Vanessa Murray into the parts of you that have long been exiled, buried, or silenced.

Guided through somatic movement, dark meditation, and shadow integration, this workshop helps you meet both your inner child and inner shadow—not to fix or fight them, but to witness, reclaim, and integrate them into your sacred whole.

This is deep soul work, held in a safe, sacred container. It’s less about light and more about truth. Less about bypassing and more about becoming.

Dark meditation journey (eye masks & blackout space)

Inner child healing & shadow work visualization

Sound cues using bowls, chimes, voice, and silence

Journaling + group integration

A gentle space for emotional release, reclamation, and return
