You will tap into your innate power using the three Reiki symbols to sense things as energy, as mental and emotional restorative light, and to send healing love through time and space. Meditations that will center you and connect you to your higher self will teach you how to activate the symbols and your hands to perform Reiki properly. To further your spiritual growth, you’ll review the subtle energy bodies and the chakras to become more familiar with the different ways your body organizes itself.
