About the event

Kid’s Yoga Class

Join us for fun, fitness, and friendship!

Who: Kids ages: 5-8 (flexible-please contact me!)

What: Engaging yoga, games, arts & crafts, and mindfulness activities.

Where: NACC 1201 Pine Ave., NF, NY 14301

When: Every Saturday from 11am-1pm

Why: Benefits include improved flexibility, focus, confidence, and new friends!

Cost: Donation Based - Pay What You Can. Donations go towards class materials, snack, and space rental. Suggested $10-$20

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Snack will be provided.
