🏃♂️ RICHARD MURPHY TAKES ON THE GOGGINS CHALLENGE – AGAIN! 🏃♂️
Five years after completing it for the first time, Richard Murphy is stepping up once again to take on the gruelling Goggins Challenge — running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours — in support of the incredible charity:
SPORTS MENTAL HEALTH NI 💚
Accompanied once again by his good friend Scott Wilson, who completed the original with him, and with already 5 others signed up, this promises to be a powerful team effort filled with determination, grit, and community spirit.

🏃♀️ WHAT IS THE GOGGINS CHALLENGE?
Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours — a test of physical and mental endurance. It’s about pushing limits, building resilience, and standing together in support of better mental health.

Runs will take place at various locations across Ards and North Down, so that as many people as possible can take part – whether you’re running, walking, or simply showing up to cheer.
