Join us for an intimate Wine Dinner in the Barrel Room—an evening of thoughtfully crafted food, perfectly paired wines, and great company in one of our most atmospheric spaces.
On Friday, January 16th at 6:30pm, we’ll gather around the barrel room table for a five-course dinner featuring bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and dishes designed to shine alongside Grace Hill wines. Each course will be paired with your choice of sweet or dry Grace Hill wine, making this a relaxed, personalized dining experience whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just here for a great night out.
🍽️ The Menu
1st Course – Roasted Grapes & Whipped Herb Cheese
Warm roasted grapes with herb & chive whipped cheese, olive oil, and cracked black pepper
2nd Course – Mediterranean Lasagna Roll
Lasagna noodle rolled with artichoke hearts, black olives, green olives, pickled red onions, and mixed greens, finished with a citrus chili oil drizzle
3rd Course – Crispy Butterflied Chicken Drumstick
Light panko crust with pan-seared shrimp and roasted fingerling potatoes
4th Course – Red Wine–Braised Short Rib
Parmesan risotto with natural jus
Dessert – Brie-Stuffed Pear en Croûte
Whole pear filled with Brie, wrapped in puff pastry, and finished with warm honey
