Let’s take a breath, get outside, and connect—no pressure, just presence.

We’ll take a slow, mile-long stroll—just enough to move our bodies, breathe in some fresh air, and share space with other incredible women. This isn’t about speed or structure—it’s simply a chance to talk, be real, and feel supported.

Kittatinny Valley State Park
Meet at the picnic tables near the ranger station.

An open heart

Come as you are.
This is about connection, not performance. Just walk, talk, and be.
