Join us for a new fitness event to benefit our program. 100% of event fees provide free digital mammographies. Located at Hillside Park in Andover, NJ, teams of 2 or 3 people will complete a 5K course with 4 BodyWeight “Hero” exercise stations; 1 every ¾ mile. No solo competitors.

EVENT DETAILS
Minimum age for this event is 15 years old.
Distance: 5K with 4 BodyWeight “Hero” exercise stations; 1 every ¾ mile
Format: Teams of 2 or 3 people (no solo competitors)
Bodyweight Exercises: Stations include push-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, planks, jumping jacks. Each team performs the exercise at each station before moving forward.
Level: All exercises will be scalable to accommodate various fitness levels. All levels welcome.
Timing: This is *not* a timed event.
