In this class you will go through all steps of making, baking, and taking care of your own sourdough!
This includes, feeding a starter that will be yours to go home with, mixing and creating your own sourdough loaf to take home and bake. Practice scoring, shaping your breads as well!
You will go home with a guide to help you along your sourdough journey, a jar of starter, and a basket of bread baking tools that includes a dough whisk, a bench scraper, and a bread resting basket.
