Students in grades 2–9 will gain mastery of essential and advanced culinary techniques while working in groups tailored to their experience level. The program features two student-led dining events, giving families the opportunity to see their young chefs grow into confident culinary hosts.
Weeks 1–6 – Skills for the Modern Chef: Precise knife cuts, handcrafted pastry work, sauce-making, flavor architecture
Weeks 7–12 — Creativity, Refinement, and Hosting: Artful plating, menu design, seasonal recipes
