Movember Flagship Event: Engineering Mental Wealth

This session blends engineering concepts with emotional awareness to explore how men think about and maintain mental wealth. The conversation centers on mental health topics in a supportive, like-minded community of men who value open dialogue and shared insight.

Participants will also take part in a guided activity that allows them to create visual blueprints reflecting how they plan to integrate structure and self-care into their daily lives. No additional skills or background are required.
