Chakra Yoga 8 Week Series with Kristy – Begins Tuesday
September 16th at 7pm and every Tuesday at 7pm thereafter – $247 for ALL 8 classes:

Join Kristy as she explores each of the 7 Primary Chakras and helps you align your body, mind, and spirit. Chakra Yoga is for all levels, including beginners, and will include chakra-specific poses, breathwork, and teachings. This class can be done in person at HOH – OR – save the trip and connect in at home!
