This course takes place in Eastwood House.

This half-day course, led by experienced genealogist Lorna Kinnaird, PGDip, FSAScot, QG, ASGRA, will give you the skills and knowledge you need to begin your family history research. In a relaxed group setting, you will learn about:

The key depositories for Scottish research
What documents can be accessed (and how to read them)
Building a family tree chart
Reading old handwriting
No previous experience is needed.
