Remembrance Sunday Parade – Sunday 9th November
Join us in honouring those who served and sacrificed at this year’s Remembrance Sunday Parade, commencing at 10:45am with a march to St. Clare’s Church.
At 11:00am, the bugler will sound the Reveille, marking the beginning of the two-minute silence.
The parade will feature:
• Town’s veterans
• Army Cadet Force
• 1407 Squadron Air Training Corps
• 102 REME
• 124 Recovery Company
• Scouts and Girl Guides
Music will be provided by the Aycliffe and Brancepth Brass Band.
Following the silence, a full service will be held at St. Clare’s Church. The parade will then return via the road closure route for the Salute and March Past.
All members of the public are warmly invited to attend and pay their respects.
Let us come together in remembrance. Lest we forget.
