Writing for Wellbeing

A structured session with a range of gentle and mindful writing activities designed to inspire your imagination and generate a sense of well-being. The aim is to create a space for yourself – your thoughts, feelings, musings and memories.

No prior writing experience is needed – you will be encouraged to give yourself the permission to write freely – and to enjoy your creativity in a relaxed and completely non-judgemental small group setting.

The workshop will be facilitated by Sharon Kirby, UKCP registered Psychotherapist, therapeutic writing practitioner and group facilitator. Sharon has extensive experience of working in the field of wellbeing and mental health.
