About Georgie
Georgie Mullen is a seasonal-focused cook, food writer and trainee wine expert based in London. She shares seasonal, vegetable-led recipes on her website and social media platforms Georgie Eats.
Passionate about making great food accessible and joyful, Georgie’s approach centres on simplicity, creativity, and an intuitive connection to nature. Her recipes are designed to help people fall back in love with vegetables, cook in tune with the seasons, and feel confident in the kitchen - whether they’re following a recipe to the letter or cooking off-piste with whatever they have on hand.
Georgie’s debut cookbook, What to Cook & When to Cook It, was published by Pan Macmillan’s Bluebird imprint on September 4th, 2025. Featuring 120 fresh, vegetarian recipes arranged by season, the book celebrates everyday produce with everything from light summer dishes to hearty winter comfort food, plus sweet treats, cocktails, and helpful menu ideas. It also includes seasonal calendars to guide and inspire readers all year round.
Through her thoughtfully curated recipes, engaging digital content, private cheffing and in-person events, Georgie champions a modern, elegant approach to seasonal cooking. She encourages a return to simplicity - cooking with the rhythm of the seasons, celebrating produce at its peak, and finding joy in the process.
