The first Monday of each month starting at 7.30pm. Each session will open with a couple numbers from the house rhythm section before they invite guests to join them, and the jam session begins. Admission is Β£8 or Β£5 or Β£3 (or free if you need it to be). This goes towards paying the professional musicians in the house band:
Jesse Molins, guitar, and your host for the evening, plus:
Ronnie Jones on drums
Linus Kestor Fenton on double bass
Players and listeners are equally welcome.
Everyone is welcome to come and play or sing at the session. If youβd like to, please introduce yourself to the host, Jesse Molins, whoβll decide on a running order. You should have at least one tune prepared that you know well. If itβs not a standard, or if you need to do it in a different key from the original, please bring lead sheets or chord charts in the right key for the rhythm section and other players who might join you.
