Curious about what a Gong Bath is?
Why not come along and see for yourself – No water involved!
In a Gong Bath the sounds and vibrations ‘bathe’ the body releasing blockages, allowing energy to flow freely. Gong Baths can help with numerous emotional and physical issues, especially tension and stress. Sound can penetrate where other therapies cannot, making you feel relaxed and rebalanced.
In a session, you lie (or sit if more comfortable), relax and let the sounds wash over you.
Bring a mat, pillow and blanket with you.
Inner Space Sounds (Julie), has been running Gong and Sound Baths in Teignmouth for nearly 5 years – she is a professionally trained member of the College of Sound Healing and is passionate about creating sessions where attendees feel nurtured, safe and at ease.
*Please note that it is generally advised that you avoid taking part in a Gong Bath if you have severe osteoporosis, recent hip/joint surgery, sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, Meniere’s disease or are in the first 3 months of Pregnancy*
