Free Introduction to Soaring crane Qigong!
**Free Introductory Qigong Class**

A Free introductory class in The National Trust at PARKE on September 11th. Meet for tea and questions at 3pm in the cafe - and start Practice at 3.30 in the picnic area between the car park and the cafe!

Come and join us to discover this elegant Qigong!

There will be regular classes every Thursday, after this free class, in Ashburton and also Zoom too! Please message me if you have any questions!
