Youth Boxing and Self-Defence

Mon's & Thurs 5.25 to 6.30pm: Youth boxing, fitness and confidence sessions, helps improve life-skills, supports self-esteem, well-being, fitness and better citizens. Anti-bullying, boxing skills and self-defence. Ages 12 to 16 years, males and females.
