Are you newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply wondering whether you might be autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent? Are you curious about what it means to care for your authentic neurodivergent self — on your terms?
This small, in-person taster session is a soft landing space for people beginning to explore their neurodivergent identity. You don’t need the “right language,” a formal diagnosis, or any prior knowledge — just a desire to explore with openness and care.
During the session, we’ll:
💜 Share a gentle introduction and grounding together
💜 Reflect on internalised messages and lived experience (through creative tools an scaffolded activities)
💜 Hear part of my own journey into self-understanding and building my neurodivergent identity
💜 Explore what being “authentic” might mean in your life
💜 Close with space to reflect, connect, and look ahead
This session offers a standalone experience — but also a taster of what’s to come in my longer 6–8 week course launching latert this year called "Looking After Your Authentic Self".
You’ll be supported to participate in whatever way feels right for you — speaking, writing, drawing, or quietly witnessing. Movement, stimming, silence, and sensory needs are all welcome. All of my services are LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming inclusive. Whilst limited, there will be some Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method accessible fees available at £30 per person. However, these are reserved for people who fall within the 'Green Bottle Low' end of the Sliding Scale.
Please note: while I’m a therapist by background, this session is not a therapy group. It’s a guided, reflective space for exploring identity and support needs, not a substitute for individual therapeutic care. Please read the event policy for more information.
