First Stops Routine Workshop

The Stops routine isn’t just a classic routine, it’s said to be the very first co-ordinated ensemble routine danced at the Savoy Ballroom! Originally choreographed by Frankie Manning for Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers, versions of the Stops routine have been taught, performed and loved for generations. Magali and Tom will be teaching you a version of the First Stops routine in one morning, no partner required and no pressure to perform! However, for dancers who would be interested, an opportunity for a group performance at the upcoming Pocket Social will be discussed ;)
