ALL abilities welcome!

After the success of the ‘Let’s Lift The Curfew’ run for ladies last month we’re going to do another one this Thursday, 27th November 😊. We’d like to arrange a run every month during the winter to encourage women to be active and not to feel worried about running in the dark on their own. This will be led by some of the leaders and coaches from Newquay Road Runners and we welcome anyone who fancies giving it a go.

We will meet at the bottom of the sports centre car park again at 6:30pm. ALL abilities welcome whether you’re planning on walking or jogging. It’s a social 3 miles max run and no one will be left behind 😊.

Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions and wear something hi-vis ✨
