Silent Disco YOGA and CLUBBERCISE!
Get ready for the most anticipated Silent Disco Yoga beach session of the year! It’s the much loved SUNSET “Ibiza Classics” YOGA session and this year it’s getting an upgrade…we are following it straight afterwards with a TWILIGHT Silent Disco CLUBBERCISE session!
THE YOGA SESSION
6:30pm – 7:45pm
As the sun drops over Fistral and the sky turns gold, we’ll flow to a soundtrack of iconic Ibiza classics – the kind that make your heart race and your body move. Expect a high-energy yoga session with big beats, big skies and the sun dropping into the ocean as the backdrop to this very special event. This isn’t your average yoga class – it’s a full-body celebration as day turns to dusk, fuelled by rhythm, movement and Fistral magic.
No experience needed – we welcome complete beginners and offer easier variations throughout the class. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a regular, this is your chance to be part of something really special…imagine 200+ yogis all moving together to classic Ibiza anthems at sunset!
Headphones are provided (freshly sterilised before each session) and included in your ticket price. Yoga mats are available to hire on request. Kids under 12yrs go half price (Use code “KidsSDY” at checkout and purchase the ticket seperately)
The CLUBBERCISE SESSION
8pm – 8:45pm
For those of you who haven’t experienced a CLUBBERCISE class, try to picture the coming together of a fitness class with dance and club classic anthems. Then add in the Silent Disco Headphones (which means no-one can see you!) and you have yourself a dance fitness class like no other!
Expect fun, old skool clubbing tunes, easy-to-follow moves and a whole lot of laughter. Leading the session is the one and only Liam Broderick, master Clubberciser and Zumba legend here in Newquay. He’s got years of experience teaching Clubbercise – in fact, rumour has it he used to run secret raves in the quarry on Pentire Headland back in the day… this seems like a natural evolution of the secret rave!
