Recovery Dharma 8 part series

New Weekly Group at Journey to Recovery! 🧘‍♂️

Join us every Thursday for eight consecutive Thursdays from 12–1 PM, beginning on June 26, for Recovery Dharma at the Journey to Recovery Community Center.

Recovery Dharma is a peer-led path to healing from addiction—of all kinds.

At the heart of Recovery Dharma are the Four Noble Truths, with commitments that guide our recovery:

1️⃣ There is suffering.
➡️ We commit to understanding the truth about suffering.

2️⃣ There is a cause of suffering.
➡️ We commit to understanding that craving leads to suffering.

3️⃣ There is an end to suffering.
➡️ We commit to experiencing that less craving means less suffering.

4️⃣ There is a path that leads to the end of suffering.
➡️ We commit to cultivating this path.

Whether you’re new to recovery, exploring new tools, or seeking a different approach—all are welcome.
