Join Lupe and Alana as they reveal the secret techniques behind the legendary Pony Up Pizza crust. Learn how to craft Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch with the same recipes and skills they mastered in Naples and perfected right here at home.
In this interactive class, you'll discover how to prepare pizza dough, stretch and shape it like a pro, and top your pizza with the finest ingredients. Then, we’ll teach you the baking techniques that create our signature crispy, mouthwatering crust.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a chef-prepared Caprese Bruschetta to kick off your culinary adventure. The class will begin with the essential first step—making the dough! Get ready to get your hands a little messy as you mix and knead it yourself. Then, dive into the ingredients that make the Queen Margherita pizza so iconic. Plus, we’ll have a variety of topping stations so you can create your own masterpiece!
This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a dinner and a show! Expect plenty of laughs, great company, and of course, delicious pizza. The class lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, and Lupe promises to keep it PG-13 (at least, he’ll try!).
