Leading Forward: Finding Common Ground

Leadership today isn’t about convincing everyone to agree with you. It’s about learning how to listen, collaborate, and move forward together—even when perspectives differ.

This highly interactive 2-hour workshop equips young leaders with tools to:
* Collaborate effectively with people who think differently
* Navigate disagreement and conflict with confidence
* Practice respectful communication and active listening
* Lead group conversations and decision-making processes

**Leading Forward** is a leadership workshop series designed for high school and college-aged young adults (ages 16–25). The series focuses on developing practical, real-world leadership skills that participants can immediately apply in schools, teams, clubs, and future careers. The series is designed as a four-part leadership journey, moving from self-awareness to collaborative leadership and broader community impact.
