Gumbo Competition

Get ready for a day filled with rich aromas and mouthwatering flavors. Our 1st Gumbo Competition is happening on Saturday, March 14th, from 3:30 till 5:30pm

This event is for gumbo lovers and food enthusiasts. Come pass a ride and taste all the gumbos! Or, if you'd like to enter the competition PM our facebook page!

This competition brings together gumbo aficionados who pour their passion into creating the perfect pot of gumbo and you get to taste their perfection!

To fully enjoy your time at the Gumbo Competition:
• Bring an Appetite: You'll be trying all different types of gumbo. There will be tasty drinks for purchase
• Ask Questions: Don’t hesitate to chat with the cooks. They often share cooking tips and stories behind their recipes.
• Make sure you cast your vote for your favorite Gumbo with the token you received upon entering. Your vote will help determine the People’s Choice Winner!
• 5:45 pm: Winners announced! There will be a People's Choice Winner and Runner-up

This event is family-friendly and welcomes everyone who loves good food and good company. It's more than just a contest; it’s a celebration of tradition and community spirit!
