Chakras...What are They!!

This class will introduce you to the chakras, the energy centers in your energetic body.
Learn about each chakra and what their purpose is.
We will work with the 7 main chakras in this class.
You will experience 2 meditations:
One for relaxation!
One to help you experience the energy of each chakra and the vibration of that chakra using chimes!
You will learn about the vibrations of gemstones, music, essential oils and more to balance your chakras.
(If you have asthma or allergies, please be aware that there will be open essential oil bottles being passed around for students to experience)
We will use pendulums to check each other's chakras and more.
Please purchase your ticket before the day of class!
