Here’s what to expect...
Your evening begins with a glass of bubbles and a warm welcome at your table, where you’ll find unlimited artisan breads, oils, and balsamic.
You'll then be guided through eight incredible wines, each thoughtfully paired with a small plate of food to elevate and complement the flavours. We’ll journey through a mix of red, white, and rosé wines, finishing with the finest port or dessert wine.
Expect full tasting notes, the chance to revisit your favourites, and plenty of great conversation. At the end of the evening, you’ll vote for your Wine of the Month – which will then feature at The Dolphin, served with a delicate cheese plate and available to buy.
