Experience and learn therapeutic horticulture & Ikebana botanic arranging with Graeme and Aiyana at the beautiful Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach, CA.

Join us for a unique & nourishing afternoon that blends therapeutic gardening with mindful floral arranging.

We’ll begin with Graeme’s Theraputic Horticulture workshop : a gentle, hands-on introduction to succulent propagation and plant care as a metaphor for our own nervous system healing. Through personal storytelling and guided reflection, Graeme will share how tending to plants became a path toward restoration and connection. You’ll leave this portion of the class with your own potted succulent, grown from a single cutting, and a deeper understanding of how even small acts of care can bring new growth.

Next, Aiyana of Tiger Blossom will guide you through creating a botanical arrangement using Ikebana tools & seasonal blooms. Rooted in the art of Ikebana, Tiger Blossom’s approach is meditative, spacious, and deeply personal ~ each stem placed with intention. You’ll explore the beauty of presence, composition, and allowing nature to lead the way.

What You’ll Experience:

• A therapeutic succulent propagation & potting
• Gentle reflection on the parallels between plant care and self-care
• Mindful floral arranging inspired by Ikebana principles
