Enter the liminal space between waking and dreaming in this unique Dream Yoga & Soundbath experience—designed to guide you gently into the world of lucid dreaming and dream awareness.

Rooted in ancient yogic and Tibetan traditions, Dream Yoga is the practice of training your consciousness to awaken within the dream state. This class offers a serene, supportive space to explore this inner frontier.

✨ What to Expect:
1. Guided Meditation:
We begin with a brief, gentle meditation to quiet the mind and prepare the body for deep rest and inner journeying.

2. Lucid Dream Soundbath:
Settle into Savasana and drift into the dreamscape as you're immersed in a restful and soothing soundbath using vibrational instruments that support lucid sleep. These frequencies help shift brainwaves into the hypnagogic state—the threshold between waking and dreaming.

3. Dream Recall & Journaling:
As we slowly return from our dream journey, you’ll have time to journal your experience—capturing dream symbols, sensations, or messages before they fade.

What to Bring:
* A journal and pen
* Something comfortable to lie on (mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask) - $5 rental mats available in limited supply
* An open mind and curiosity for the dream world
