• Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your departure time to check in. We suggest arriving earlier to accommodate any traffic or parking concerns
• Traffic and parking can be unpredictable and at times hard to find. Please accommodate accordingly
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled departure. Any delays caused by the customer will not result in additional time being added to the trip, and the trip will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
• Setup time allotted is 10 minutes prior to departure (additional time may be added for an additional fee at time of scheduling)
• Be advised that boats are on a strict schedule due to limited dock space and if you do not arrive on time, the boat may not be available immediately and will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time
• Boat will arrive back at the dock 10 minutes prior to your trip's return time to allow for deboarding
