Saturday Morning Pop-up, Myo with Sunny at Atelier.

This week's Saturday Pop up is with the sought after Myofunctional therapist Sunny Helms! We are thrilled that Sunny is joining our roster and to be offering this effective and emerging practice at Atelier.

Myofunctional is is a form of physical therapy that focuses on retraining the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue to improve function. It addresses issues with breathing, chewing, and speech and is great for all ages.

Saturday 8am-8:50am
Atelier @ 20 Perry Street
Single drop-in classes are $25/class or use your current Atelier class package.
Children welcome.
