Join us at the Powell Branch for Creative Corner, where attendees will be encouraged to let loose and express themselves through art in creative activities. Each month we will do a different activity, and materials will be provided. All skill levels welcome!
June12th: Rock Painting
Join us as we paint rocks with acrylic paint! You can take your rock home to decorate your garden, share it with a friend, or leave them somewhere in the community for a stranger to find and brighten their day!
June 26th: Scrap Paper Mosaic
In this program we will be using pieces of scrap paper and mod podge to create a faux mosaic! This is beginner friendly and a very relaxing activity!
July 10th: Resist Watercolor Painting
Participants will learn a technique called “resist painting” using oil pastels/crayons and watercolors.
