This session blends breathwork meditation with Yomassage—a unique experience that combines restorative stretching with hands-on massage—allowing you to tap into the power of your breath while receiving nurturing touch and deep, supported relaxation.

Through guided breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to energize your body, calm your mind, and bring clarity to your thoughts. As you settle into gentle Yomassage positions, your practitioner will provide intentional hands-on massage to release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of balance and ease throughout your body.
