Yoga Lab: Breaking Down Warrior 1 & 2 with Tiffany & Amy

Get ready to step into the “Yoga Lab” — where we swap test tubes for yoga mats and explore the science of strong, steady warriors!

In this open, playful workshop, Tiffany and Amy will help you break down the alignment, foundation, and energy of Warrior 1 & 2, two of yoga’s most iconic poses. We’ll experiment, adjust, and fine-tune your stance so you can feel confident, powerful, and connected — without the mystery!

Expect hands-on assists (with your permission), room for questions, and lots of lightbulb moments as we “research” how these postures work best in your body. Come curious, leave empowered!

No science degree required — just bring your mat and your willingness to explore.
