Women's self-defense course

This March we'll be holding our 3rd annual women's self-defense course. Learn from Sensei Morrison, 4th degree black belt with 30 years of experience in the martial arts.

Classes will be held on March 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd from 6:30 to 8pm for $80.

You'll be training alongside a class full of our adult karate students as they partner with you to give you the best hands on experience.
The first hour of each class will be physical training and application. The remaining 30 minutes will be a safty lecture on topics such as red flags, self-defense/makeshift weapons, car safety and home safety.

Due to the nature of the class we ask that all attendees be over the age of 16.
