Fancy meeting some friendly faces and learning more about staying active as we age?
Drop in to the Hillcrest Community Centre Cafe in Newhaven on Thursday 18th December, any time from 12 - 3pm.

I'm hosting a relaxed Christmas social after my Thursday class—a chance to meet others interested in healthy movement, ask any questions, or just enjoy some festive cheer.

The café will be open for mince pies, a cuppa or full lunches are available (no obligation though—come just for the company if you prefer!).

You don't need to come to the 11am class first (but you're welcome to if you fancy it!). Just turn up from 12pm and join us in the cafe. All welcome! ☕✨

Can't wait to see some regular 'movers' and maybe some new faces there!
