MOONSONG

Moonsong is a one-day workshop in which to reclaim FEMININE WISDOM, by normalising and celebrating our cycling bodies, our RITES OF PASSAGE and our experience of being born with a womb.

This workshop will help you:

- Explore the wisdom of Nature’s cycles and your life seasons
Discover how the lunar cycle and the Earth’s seasons influence you
- Remember the spiritual practice of Menstruation and your whole cycle
- Understand the transformative power of Menarche and all your rites of passage

Lisa is a contemporary dancer and Cranio Sacral therapist based in Berlin, specializing in gynecology and female anatomy. She supports women in reconnecting with their womb & menstrual cycle, guiding them to meet their body and blood in a new way, giving space to release and integrate past experiences. She is trained in Sobada through Chilean partera Daniela Salinas Riquelme and is a graduate of Contemporal Menstrual Studies with Dr. Lara Owen. Lisa has been a student and apprentice of the SSW since 2017.

Laughton Lodge is outside Lewes in the East Sussex countryside. Accommodation and meal booking is available to purchase with workshop tickets.
