Here's what's been said about Ronnie Mack: "Ronnie Mack hosted and produced the popular critically acclaimed Roots Music Show-”Ronnie Mack’s Barn Dance” for 25 years in L.A. He has been labeled by California Roots Music journalist, Jana Pendragon, as a “Savior, Saint, and King of the L.A. Roots Music Scene”. Ronnie has received awards that include; “Entertainer Of The Year”, “Male Vocalist Of The Year” and “Vocal Group Of The Year” for "Ronnie Mack And The Barn Dance Band” by the California Country Music Association-and was inducted into their Hall Of Fame.
He was the youngest person to be inducted into Gene Autry's Melody Ranch Studios “Cowboy Hall Of Fame” that included putting his hand and feet impressions in cement, along with John Wayne/Roy Rogers/Gene Autry/Jimmy Stewart. And the “Icon” award by The L.A Music Critics Awards.
“Country Music News” ended an article about him by saying “Ronnie Mack is one of the most loved and respected figures in the L.A. music scene and a total professional at everything he does”.
Ronnie Mack currently resides in Bakersfield CA and is thrilled to have become a part of the very supportive, tight knit music scene in Bakersfield.
