Classes take place with certified qigong instructor Marcia Hylan
Through the coordination of breath and movement a qigong practice can increase energy levels, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and pain. Come learn some basics to get your practice started and see if qigong is right for you. If you've been coming to my classes you will be able to deepen your practice and learn new forms.
Wear comfortable clothing and if wearing shoes make sure that they are flat shoes with space for your toes to spread; a yoga mat is helpful.
