Will the Real Jane Austen Please Stand Up?

Join us Saturday, 25th October, for “Will the real Jane Austen please stand up?” an annual event that we host where local luminaries write a creative piece in the perspective of various characters from Austen’s novels. As this is a year celebrating all things Jane Austen the perspectives will be from the people who knew her in life; this includes Jane’s Mother, a nosy neighbour, and the Prince Regent’s Librarian among others. We may even hear from Jane herself!
Join us for our penultimate meeting in a year celebrating this beloved author!

Starting time is 2.00pm and will be held at St John’s Presbyterian Church Hanbury Street Mayfield.
Entry $5 for non-members, $4 for members. Eftpos is not available and we only take cash.
Please bring a cup or mug, and either a small plate for afternoon tea, or a gold coin donation.
